These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of services from Golden Screen Services ("we," "us"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide mobile window and door screen repair and installation — including new screen fabrication, rescreening, sliding door service, pet-resistant and solar screens, and retractable screen systems — performed on-site at your property in our California service areas (Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County and Sacramento).

Quotes, pricing and payment

Prices published on this site are per-unit starting prices; the discounted prices shown apply to bookings made online. Unusual sizes, materials or site conditions may affect the final quote, which we confirm with you before work begins — the price we quote is the price you pay. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Scheduling and access

Booking requests are confirmed by phone. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work areas at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property or the appointment needs to change, let us know as early as possible and we will reschedule.

Fit-right guarantee

Fit-right guarantee — every screen is built on-site to fit perfectly. If it doesn’t, we come back and make it right. This guarantee covers fit and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, pets (unless pet-resistant mesh was installed and fails under normal use), accidents, or ordinary wear of mesh over time.

Estimates from photos or descriptions

Quotes based on your description or photos are good-faith estimates. Final measurements happen on-site; if reality differs materially from the description, we will tell you before any work begins and you may decline at no charge.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Website content

Site content — text, photos of our work, and branding — belongs to Golden Screen Services and may not be reused commercially without permission. Customer reviews quoted on the site are the words of their authors, lightly trimmed for length.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the county where the work was performed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies from its effective date forward.
